Free Specialty Reports Under FACT Act

A-PLUS will provide one free loss-history report in any 12-month period. To request a free A-PLUS loss-history report, call the A-PLUS Consumer Report Request Line at 800-627-3487. The report will include the past years of any auto or property claims we have in their database.
 
The A-PLUS Consumer Report Request Line is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Time. During non-business hours and on weekends and holidays, you may leave a message with your name and telephone number. A representative will return your call on the next business day.

Your LexisNexis® Consumer Disclosure Report includes items such as real estate transaction and ownership data, lien, judgment, and bankruptcy records, professional license information, and historical addresses. You will need to provide your Social Security Number and/or Driver License Number to verify your identity. Providing your SSN may improve your report.

ChexSystems® is a nationwide agency that collects information about you from member financial institutions such as banks and credit unions.

If a bank closes your checking account because of insufficient funds, for example, it will make a report to ChexSystems that other banks will check when you apply for new accounts.

You can also order a ChexSystems Consumer Score Report. Your score can range from 100 to 899, the higher the score, the lower the risk you present to creditors. You can visit FAQ for your info about your Consumer Score..
